Abstract
Circular
RNAs
(circRNAs),
characterized
by
their
closed‐loop
structure,
have
emerged
as
significant
transcriptomic
regulators,
with
roles
spanning
from
microRNA
sponging
to
modulation
of
gene
expression
and
potential
peptide
coding.
The
discovery
functional
analysis
circRNAs
been
propelled
advancements
in
both
experimental
bioinformatics
tools,
yet
the
field
grapples
challenges
related
detection,
isoform
diversity,
accurate
quantification.
This
review
navigates
through
evolution
circRNA
research
methodologies,
early
detection
techniques
current
state‐of‐the‐art
approaches
that
offer
comprehensive
insights
into
biology.
We
examine
limitations
existing
methods,
particularly
difficulty

Introduction:
Glioblastomas
are
a
high-grade
primary
brain
cancer

astrocytes,

Researchers
have
been

to

that
would
exhibit
greater
efficiency

this
cancer.

Abstract
Pelvic
organ
prolapse
is
a
condition
that
significantly
affects
women’s
quality
of
life.
The
pathological
mechanism
pelvic
not
yet
fully
understood,
and
its
pathogenesis
often
caused
by
multiple
factors,
including
the
metabolic
imbalance
extracellular
matrix.
This
study
aims
to
investigate
role
miR-5195-3p,
microRNA,
in
pathology
regulatory
mechanism.
Using
various
molecular
biology
techniques
such
as
real-time
reverse
transcription
Polymerase
Chain
Reaction
(PCR),
fluorescence
situ
hybridization,
immunohistochemistry,
Western
blot,
miR-5195-3p
expression
was
examined
vaginal
wall
tissues
obtained
from
patients.
Results
revealed
an
up-regulation
these
tissues,
showing
negative
correlation
with
matrix–related
proteins.
Further
analysis
using
bioinformatics
tools
identified
Lipoxygenase
(LOX)
potential
target
prolapse.
Dual
luciferase
reporter
gene
experiments
confirmed
LOX
direct
miR-5195-3p.
Interestingly,
regulating

transforming
growth
factor
β1
signaling
pathway

on
matrix
metabolism.
