Abstract Pelvic organ prolapse is a condition that significantly affects women’s quality of life. The pathological mechanism pelvic not yet fully understood, and its pathogenesis often caused by multiple factors, including the metabolic imbalance extracellular matrix. This study aims to investigate role miR-5195-3p, microRNA, in pathology regulatory mechanism. Using various molecular biology techniques such as real-time reverse transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), fluorescence situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, Western blot, miR-5195-3p expression was examined vaginal wall tissues obtained from patients. Results revealed an up-regulation these tissues, showing negative correlation with matrix–related proteins. Further analysis using bioinformatics tools identified Lipoxygenase (LOX) potential target prolapse. Dual luciferase reporter gene experiments confirmed LOX direct miR-5195-3p. Interestingly, regulating also influenced transforming growth factor β1 signaling pathway had impact on matrix metabolism. finding suggests controls metabolism targeting modulating TGF-β1 pathway. In conclusion, this unveils involvement through LOX/TGF-β1 axis. These findings reveal new mechanisms prolapse, providing theoretical foundation therapeutic targets for further research treatment.

Introduction: Glioblastomas are a high-grade primary brain cancer of astrocytes, glial cell. The average survival upon diagnosis is 15 months. Researchers have been continuously attempting to develop new drugs and therapies that would exhibit greater efficiency against this cancer. However, tumor resistance often observed in glioblastomas. Circular RNA relatively novel finding non-coding highly stable compared linear RNA. Recent studies found variation circular expression levels resistant versus non-resistant cell lines. Thus, researchers exploring endogenous entity understand the role it may play chemo- radioresistant Methods: A comprehensive look into most recent findings on topic was done using Google Scholar PubMed search engines. The landscape PC typically involves KRAS, TP53, SMAD4 CDKN2A genes, but other mutations can be identified depending on PDAC subtype. Due to various factors, there are currently limited therapeutic options - from a surgical-centered approach resectable stage, systemic more advanced stages, including potential applicability personalized medicine. Currently, numerous trials undergoing that study landscapes use newer or repurposed chemotherapeutics, introduction immunotherapeutic agents, antibody-drug conjugates, TCR-T cell therapy mDC3/8-KRAS vaccines, among others.
