Parabens (PBs) are used as preservatives in various products. They pollute the environment and penetrate living organisms, showing endocrine disrupting activity. Till now studies on long-term exposure of farm animals to PBs have not been performed. Among matrices using biomonitoring hair samples becoming more important. During this study concentration levels methyl paraben (MeP), ethyl (EtP), propyl (PrP) butyl (BuP) benzyl (BeP) were evaluated liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) collected from dairy cows bred Kyrgyz Republic. MeP was noted 93.8% (with mean 62.2 ± 61.8 pg/mg), PrP 16.7% (12.4 6.5 pg/mg) EtP 8.3% (21.4 11.9 pg/mg). BuP found only one sample (2.1%) BeP detected any included study. Some differences depending district, where noted. This has shown that among PBs, exposed mainly MeP, may be a suitable matrix for research animals.

Processed foods, accounting for most consumable food categories today, contain considerable amounts of additives. Food additives are substances added to products improve taste, consistency, appearance, or shelf life. Various additives, such as phthalates, bisphenol A, tartrazine, erythrosine, artificial sweeteners, and parabens, have been identified potential sources endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) in processed foods. EDCs that frequently interfere with the regular functioning endocrine system, creating an unusual environment biological which leads adverse health effects disruption hormone synthesis, receptor binding, signal transduction pathways, well energy metabolic homeostatic disorders potentially increasing risk obesity, type-2 diabetes, cardiometabolic diseases may also trigger allergic reactions. Consequently, they can impact mammary gland development, reproductive function, further leading developmental abnormalities. This review aims insights into various act describe their applications industry, failure hormonal mechanisms, eventually result hazardous effects. It outlines strategies reduce use suggests alternative minimal no properties, highlighting importance maintaining human health.

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by various species of mold fungi commonly found in plant materials. Zearalenone (ZEN) adversely affects the endocrine system. This study aimed to determine whether thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), procalcitonin (PCT), free triiodothyronine (fT3), and thyroxine (fT4) levels altered during natural zearalenone mycotoxicosis patients diagnosed with sigmoid colon cancer (SCC) or colorectal (CRC). A was conducted on women men SCC CRC accompanied presence absence (Patients Without ZEN - PWZ group) blood. The group consisted 17 symptoms whom its were not detected peripheral experimental (empirical) groups included a total 16 who tested positive for ZEN, but metabolites. TSH values both sexes within upper limit reference range (0.27-4.2 μIU/mL) adopted hospital laboratory corresponded second tertile lower third tertile. PCT demonstrated that systemic local bacterial infection. All mean fT3 middle range, fT4 limit. fT3/fT4 prognostic marker somewhat above cut-off point 0.22. These results indicate postmenopausal andropausal exposed food-borne higher (fT3/fT4) associated an unfavorable prognosis. also revealed more distal neoplastic lesions colon, percentage thyroid hormones, regardless patient's sex. diet alters activity CRC.
