Group I included intact animals; II consisted animals exposed radioisotope technetium; III that were intraperitoneally injected copper complex [Cu(LCF3)2] at dose 50 mg/kg volume 2 mL one hour before administration Tc isotope (“irradiation + compound [Cu(LCF3)2]); IV received [Cu(Lcur)2]H2O irradiation. groups injection had highest survival. terms chromosomal number cells, as indicators, significant difference was found those irradiated compared “irradiation [Cu(LCF3)2]” group (both after 15 30 days), which indicates property compound. tendency towards normalization noted days between Groups 3 end study (after also proves beneficial effect Analysis survival changes parameters multiregression analysis using complexes confirms greatest efficiency respect because when comparing it “pure irradiation” only toward observed.
