Background In a global effort to assess expert perspectives on the use of recombinant gonadotropins, human luteinizing hormone (r-hLH) and follicle-stimulating (r-hFSH), consensus meeting was held in Dubai. The key aim address three critical questions: What are factors that influence follicle response gonadotropins? Which categories patients most likely benefit from LH supplementation? And what optimal management strategies for these patients? Methods A panel thirty-six experts reviewed refined initial statements references proposed by Scientific Coordinator.
