1H spin–lattice relaxation experiments have been performed for gels based on fish collagen in order to analyze water dynamics. The covered frequency range ranges from 10 kHz MHz; some cases, the temperature has varied as well. data reproduced terms of two models motion—a model including contributions associated with diffusion molecules macromolecular surfaces and a second being just phenomenological power law. concept surface led very good agreement experimental consistent set parameters, coefficients about five orders magnitude slower compared bulk one pools considerably faster (smaller by factors between 2 20 water). In attempt reproduce law (the factor varying 0.41 0.57); however, other discrepancies are significant. This outcome favors diffusion.

The potential probiotic properties of three Bacillus strains were studied. A supplement for the African catfish Clarias gariepinus was produced via solid-state fermentation protocol and incorporated into fish feed a period seven weeks. Since 36th day experiment, all experimental groups had statistically significant increase in their weight gain than control group. maximum observed fed probiotic-supplemented 29.16% higher that group, conversion rate improvement 24%. Cell-free extracts from these showed antioxidant (11.55–27.40%) DNA-protective (45.33–61.83%) activity series vitro biosensor tests. Further investigation antimutagenic revealed two them reduced level induced mutagenesis an Escherichia coli model (by 33.58% 54.35%, respectively). We also assessed impact on expression several key genes host (C. gariepinus), including hsp70, cxc, tnfα, il1β, lysC. More 10-fold rates hsp70 gonads liver; cxc muscles gonads; tnfα brain, gills, il1β gonads, lysC liver, muscles. This study provides evidence probiotics exhibiting can provide benefits vivo within aquaculture systems. molecular effects appear to be complex tissue-specific, with both upregulation downregulation immune system observed. Nevertheless, at organismal level, unequivocally positive terms objectives, manifested as enhanced body fish. Consequently, warrant serious consideration this species.
