Seedling cultivation is the foremost part of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L. Lam) production. It great significance to reveal effects different temperatures on nutrients storage roots and their relationship with sprouting quality explore appropriate temperature management for seedlings. In this study, we simulated differences during seedling period in summer growing area Yangtze River Basin set three constant (17 °C, 22 °C 27 °C) corresponding three-day/night variable (21/13 26/18 31/23 °C). Thus, investigated nutrients, amylase activity, endogenous hormones, characteristics cultivars starch contents. The results showed that increase temperature, soluble protein (SP) contents decreased, total sugar (TSS), reducing (RS), sucrose increased period. activity enhanced; hormone (IAA) content increased, abscisic acid (ABA) which, turn, led an earlier time (ST), emergence stage (ES), full stand (FSS). Comparing at same average physiological metabolism were better than temperatures, which was more conducive advancement ST potato. At time, it improvement cutting amount (SCA), weight (SDW), number (SDN). differed, higher superior those lower content. stages can be used as important indicators

In order to solve the problems of tuber infection and nutrient loss caused by potato germination during storage, this paper conducted a systematic study using low-temperature plasma jet technology inhibit determine its optimal treatment conditions. This focused on optimizing parameters, including voltage, gas flow rate, time, effectively control germination, reduce weight quality indexes such as hardness, crispness, antioxidant enzyme activity potatoes in storage. The showed that conditions for were voltage 18.05 kV, time 20.21 s, rate 12.79 L/min. Under these conditions, was significantly reduced 31.42%, 2.15%. For convenience operation, parameters validation experiment determined 18 20 13 resultant 31.26%, 2.29%. Compared with blank group, plasma-treated group increased activities enzymes (CAT, SOD, etc.). After 16 days SOD (superoxide dismutase) CAT (catalase) 52.63% 29.27%, respectively, compared control; POD (peroxidase) PPO (polyphenol oxidase) treated 8.69% 18.58%, control. control, hardness brittleness potatoes. Specifically, 6.06% decreased only 24% within days, 37.19% decrease addition, also accumulation sugar dry matter consumption, thus maintaining storage potatoes, which reducing 32.56% 7.66% group.
