Sepsis is a life-threatening syndrome characterized by organ dysfunction caused dysregulated host response to infection. Sepsis-associated acute liver injury (SA-ALI) frequent and serious complication of sepsis that considerably impacts both short-term long-term survival outcomes. In intensive care units (ICUs), the mortality rate patients with SA-ALI remains high, mostly due absence effective early diagnostic markers suitable therapeutic strategies. Recent studies have demonstrated importance non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) in development progression SA-ALI. This review focuses on critical roles ncRNAs, including microRNAs (miRNAs), long (lncRNAs), circular (circRNAs), regulating "cytokine storms", oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, programmed cell death SA-ALI, summarizes current state limitations existing lncRNAs circRNAs By integrating advancements high-throughput sequencing technologies, this provides novel insights into dual potential ncRNAs as biomarkers targets, offers new ideas for diagnosis treatment research highlights challenges clinical translation.

Introduction: Hyperuricemia is characterized by increased uric acid (UA) in the body. The ability to block xanthine oxidase (XO) a useful way check how different bioactive molecules affect hyperuricemia. Previous reports showed significant effect of corn against hyperuricemia disorder with its anti-XO activity. identification stable Zea mays miRNA (zma-miR) humans has opened up new avenue for speculation about part regulating novel human gene targets. Aims: aim this study was investigate prospects zma-miRs XO regulation, possible mechanism, and interaction analysis zma-miR-XO mRNA transcript. Method: Significant features miRNA-mRNA were revealed using two popular target prediction software—intaRNA (version 3.3.1) RNA hybrid 2.2.1) Results: Only 12 zma-miR-156 variants, out 325 zma-miR’s sequences reported database, efficiently interact 3′UTR gene. Characteristics as follows: positioning variants shows that they all have same 11-mer binding sites, guanine (G), uracil (U) loops at 13th 14th positions from 5′ end, no G: U wobble pairing. These factors are related inhibition functional expression. Additionally, exhibit single-base variation (SBV), which leads distinct yet highly effective alterations their pattern transcript corresponding free energy values. Conclusion: Therefore, we propose may be promising compound diseases.
