Bioactive root canal sealers have emerged as a promising innovation in regenerative endodontics, offering enhanced biocompatibility with dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) and promoting their proliferation, migration, differentiation. Despite these advances, optimizing conditions to maximize the biological potential of DPSCs remains significant challenge. Ultrasound (US) stimulation has been identified non-invasive method enhance cellular responses improve outcomes tissue engineering applications. US utilized recently oral regeneration. This study investigates combined effect bioactive bioceramic on behavior odontogenic DPSCs. To evaluate this dual approach, quantitative qualitative assessments were performed using multiple techniques, including Alizarin red assay measure mineral deposition, Alkaline phosphatase enzyme activity determine early differentiation, gene expression analysis for markers RUNX2, DMP-1, DSPP. The results revealed that exposed action exhibited enhancement deposition compared treated either approach alone. Furthermore, treatment significantly upregulated markers, indicating synergistic DPSC differentiation toward an lineage. These findings suggest integration ultrasound can properties (DPSCs). not only promotes improved cell but also drives by enhancing upregulating key associated regeneration.. Future research should focus translating vitro into clinical applications explore improving endodontic therapy.

Background: Tooth fracture is a condition of missing or lost fragments complete tooth. usually occurs simultaneously with another oral injury. Objective: This case report discussed the management Ellis class II fractures on an immature permanent central incisor patient who reported to Jenderal Achmad Yani University (Unjani) Dental Hospital. Case: An 11-year-old girl revealed broken upper left tooth, sensitive cold drinks that interfered her appearance one year ago. The had good general condition, no abnormalities during extraoral examination, and history pain lower back tooth since Case Management: Management in young was conducted by using IV composite resin restoration. Conclusion: should be holistically systematically subjective, intraoral, extraoral, adjunctive examinations which performed correctly considering child’s psychology.
