This systematic review aimed evaluate the recent clinical trials on ozone impact therapeutic outcomes. A comprehensive literature search was conducted across multiple databases, including Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus from January 2018 December 2024, identifying studies that investigated use dental applications. The findings demonstrated is effective improving periodontal health, soft tissue after implant surgery, reducing postoperative discomfort. combination scaling root planing with gaseous showed superior response rates. during endodontics procedures resulted reduced post-treatment pain, while ozonated materials promise management dentinal hypersensitivity. However, it not recommended restorative potential adverse effects bond strength. this supported integration into an adjunctive therapy. Abstract Helicobacter pylori ( H. ), a bacterium widely distributed in the world's population, represents most common cause of chronic gastritis and main risk factor for stomach cancer. The obstacle to eradication is antibiotic resistance, therefore new therapeutic strategies are necessary. Recently, periodontitis has been correlated with several systemic diseases, including -associated gastritis. pathogenetic link between these two diseases inflammation induced by bacteria oral cavity stomach. This systematic review aims evaluate benefits non-surgical periodontal treatment (NSPT) on eradication. PubMed, Scopus, Web Science, Cochrane were searched using MESH terms “Helicobacter pylori” “periodontal treatment”, “periodontal”, “scaling root planning” from January 2015 2025, leading 11 records included final analysis. treatments evaluated studies scaling planing mouthwashing, addition protocols (HPE). A quality assessment risk-of-bias also performed. There evidence that patients infection benefit NSPT. limitations examined small samples, short follow-up, few numbers randomized controlled trials. According our data, NSPT might be HPE guidelines.

Abstract Loss of periodontal tissue due to persistent inflammation in periodontitis is a major cause tooth loss adults. Overcoming osteogenic inhibition the inflammatory environment and restoring regenerative capacity endogenous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) remain critical challenges current treatment approaches. Macrophage‐derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) are key regulators osteogenesis recipient cells, yet role erythropoietin (EPO) modifying macrophages function their EVs regeneration unclear. In this study, from EPO‐stimulated (EPO‐EVs) isolated, they encapsulated chitosan/β‐sodium glycerophosphate/gelatin (CS/β‐GP/gelatin) hydrogel create controlled‐release delivery system for localized environment. EPO‐EVs restore mouse BMSCs (mBMSCs) mitigate model. Mechanistically, miR‐5107‐5p, significantly enriched EPO‐EVs, delivered mBMSCs, where it suppresses epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression alleviates EGFR's inhibitory effect on RhoA. This process counteracts settings through EGFR/RhoA axis. Overall, EPO pretreated mBMSCs under by inhibiting EGFR expression, providing new insight into therapeutic mechanisms offering promising approach future treatment.
