Considering the second-highest global death rate, Colorectal Cancer (CRC) is second most prevalent form of cancer in women and third frequent type men. Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) a soluble tyrosine kinase that plays essential functions B cell maturation, development, signaling. It has been discovered BTK controls migration, survival, proliferation variety B-cell malignancies. The category short non-coding RNAs known as microRNAs (miRNAs) involved several biological processes, including development propagation tumors. current study was designed to measure gene expression level miR-4516 Iraqi CRC patients; 100 blood samples were collected, RNA extracted, converted into cDNA, then levels measured using quantitative real-time PCR. results showed there statistically significant differences among patients control with P-value (=0.005) miR-4516, while no between groups study. This reveals non-detectable secretion may be attributed mediated suppression or due possessing dual role tumorigenesis, capable either promoting tumor growth inducing programmed death. Elevated are believed contribute by regulating specific genes, BTK, making it promising target for both monitoring therapeutic disease.

A large fraction of the human genome is transcribed in RNA molecules that do not encode for proteins but have a crucial role regulating almost every level gene expression and, thus, define specific phenotype each cell. These non-coding RNAs include well-characterized microRNAs and thousands less-defined longer transcripts, named long RNAs. Both types markedly affect onset progression numerous pathologies, ranging from cancer to vascular neuro-degenerative diseases. In recent years, substantial effort has been made design drugs targeting ncRNAs, promising advancements produced micro-RNA mimics inhibitors. Each ncRNA controls several targets, overall effect its inhibition or overexpression depends on function set genes it regulates. Therefore, selecting most appropriate target, predicting final outcome ncRNA-based therapies, utilize detailed accurate knowledge their functional interactions. this review, I recapitulate principal resources which collect information microRNA lncRNA networks, focusing non-homogeneity data result disparate approaches. highlight identifiers interaction evidence standardization helping user filter integrate derived different databases reliable web regulative relations.

Background/Objectives: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a major global health concern with rising incidence and mortality. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play key roles in tumor progression, invasion, metastasis. This study aimed to analyze the expression of miR-101-3p, miR-106a-5p, miR-326 CRC patients assess their association grading tissue invasion. Methods: A total 40 were included study. miRNA levels measured using quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR). Statistical analyses, including regression models, performed evaluate correlations between expression, grade, invasion patterns. Results: MiR-101-3p was significantly downregulated advanced tumors, while miR-106a-5p peaked Grade 2 CRC. MiR-326 associated organ Regression models confirmed complex interaction patterns among these miRNAs, suggesting potential role progression. Conclusions: These findings indicate that are severity Their suggest utility as biomarkers for early detection targeted therapies. Further studies larger cohorts needed validate results explore clinical applications.

Gastroenterology faces significant challenges due to the global burden of gastrointestinal (GI) diseases, driven by socio-economic disparities and their wide-ranging impact on health healthcare systems. Advances in molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) offer promising opportunities for developing non-invasive, cost-effective diagnostic tools that enhance accuracy accessibility GI disease detection. This research explores potential MIP-based sensors revolutionizing diagnostics improving early detection management. Biomarkers are vital diagnosing, monitoring, personalizing treatment, particularly gastroenterology, where advancements like MIPs highly selective non-invasive solutions. mimic natural recognition mechanisms, providing stability sensitivity even complex biological environments, making them ideal real-time monitoring. Their integration with advanced technologies, including conducting polymers, enhances functionality, enabling rapid, point-of-care disorders. Despite regulatory approval scalability challenges, ongoing innovations promise revolutionize improve patient outcomes through precise approaches.
