Cognition is a mental process of understanding and learning driven by memory. Recent advances in molecular biology neuroscience have revealed fascinating interplay between cognitive function microRNAs (miRNAs). The ketogenic diet (KD) low-carbohydrate, high-fat, adequate-protein that triggers the synthesis ketone bodies, establishing ketosis. accumulating studies on human animal models shown KD benefits neurodegenerative diseases, where cognition affected. can also modulate miRNAs, molecules are dysregulated brains individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, lost. In this mini-review, we provide an overview miRNAs neurodevelopment cognition. We explore how enhance highlight protective role neurological conditions.
