Hericium
erinaceus,
commonly
known
as
lion’s
mane
mushroom,
has
gained
increasing
scientific
interest
due
to
its
rich
composition
of
bioactive
compounds

diverse
health-promoting
properties.

narrative
review
provides
a
comprehensive
overview

nutritional
therapeutic
potential
