To assess the feasibility of Shear Wave Elastography (SWE) for quantifying upper limb spasticity in people after brain injury. This observational study included 52 patients with Participants underwent a two-week rehabilitation treatment. The modified Ashworth scale (MAS), extremity section Fugl-Meyer motor (FMMS-UE), Barthel index (BI) and SWE were assessed before rehabilitation. shear modulus was used to evaluate stiffness biceps brachii at transverse longitudinal plane 0°and 90°elbow flexion. In our study, paretic side values significantly larger than non-paretic sides (all p-values < 0.05), significant reductions only on 0.001) 2-week At baseline, MAS had positive correlation. After rehabilitation, showed correlation MAS. No correlations found between FMMS-UE or BI scores, except negative 0° Our findings indicate that effectively quantifies can impact
