Penelitian ini menyelidiki implementasi undang-undang lingkungan hidup dalam penegakan hukum terhadap pencemaran sungai di Bandung, Indonesia, dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Penilaian kualitas air, evaluasi kerangka hukum, dan dilakukan untuk memahami secara komprehensif tantangan peluang tata kelola lingkungan. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya variasi polusi yang signifikan berbagai lokasi sungai, menekankan perlunya intervensi ditargetkan. Kerangka meskipun komprehensif, mengungkapkan hal kejelasan menggarisbawahi penyempurnaan peraturan. Efektivitas berkorelasi positif peningkatan peran penting dari Temuan-temuan terintegrasi menawarkan pemahaman bernuansa tentang lanskap memberikan landasan bagi rekomendasi kebijakan strategi berkelanjutan.

The idea of a smart city and new capital in Indonesia is complex, so planning the government's role are crucial. purpose this research based on two big questions about plan for preparing development potential city. This study was done results direct examination official government documents using thematic analysis approach an analytical tool called Nvivo 12 Plus. able to show what Indonesian plans they could do build cities (IKN/Nusantara). findings map out six support systems, which priority plans, including urban safety security, livability life, services, environment sustainability, access mobility. They all focus technology adaptation, digitization, renewable energy, sustainability. Despite these there still significant challenges rethinking prospects developing city, especially issues human resources, budget capacity, infrastructure, bureaucratic adaptation patterns. proposes set up governance system adapt system, primarily accommodate those problems challenges. It can contribute unravelling cities' complexities, challenges, future potential.

Purpose This paper aims to develop a framework for critical information infrastructure (CII) protection in smart government, an alternative measure common cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001. Design/methodology/approach To ensure validity data, research methodology used this follows predicting malfunctions socio-technical systems (PreMiSTS) approach, variation system (STS) approach specifically designed predict potential issues STS.
