The intense transformation of the landscape has been occurring dynamically in Hydrographic Basins Capivari, Piracicaba and Jundiaí Rivers. This work aims to perform a survey indicators related drainage some municipalities inserted these watersheds order point out relationship among selected municipalities. methodology used was descriptive approach case study. were collected Stormwater section Historical Series National Sanitation Information System for Campinas, Indaiatuba, Jundiaí, Limeira, Sumaré, years 2017 2020. results suggest that municipality Campinas slightly outperforms others. Moreover, analysis referring urban analyzed period revealed need reliable data be later appropriate decision-making.

O crescimento urbano desordenado e as mudanças climáticas têm intensificado a vulnerabilidade das cidades brasileiras inundações, principalmente devido à impermeabilização do solo insuficiência dos sistemas tradicionais de drenagem. Esses convencionais, baseados em infraestruturas cinzas, como galerias subterrâneas canais escoamento, demonstram ser inadequados para lidar com eventos climáticos extremos, resultando enchentes outros problemas ambientais. Em resposta esses desafios, tecnologias alternativas drenagem urbana, os sustentável, oferecem uma abordagem mais eficaz ambientalmente responsável o controle águas pluviais. Soluções pavimentos permeáveis, telhados verdes, jardins chuva bacias detenção promovem infiltração armazenamento da água, ajudando mitigar efeitos chuvas intensas, melhorar qualidade água contribuir sustentabilidade ambientes urbanos. No entanto, implementação dessas enfrenta desafios econômicos, técnicos institucionais, incluindo altos custos iniciais, falta conhecimento especializado resistência gestores públicos. Para que essas soluções sejam amplamente adotadas, é necessária capacitação profissionais construção civil desenvolvimento políticas públicas incentivem seu uso. artigo conclui urbana são fundamentais aumentar resiliência prevenir tragédias, promovendo um planejamento sustentável adaptado às climáticas. Examining the links between land use and flood risk is essential for sustainable urban development effective management. The combined effects of urbanisation climate change are significantly increasing risk, as often-uncoordinated expansion cities leading to a loss natural catchments green spaces, reducing soil's capacity absorb water surface runoff. Urban planning must take into account changes that have direct impact on hydrological conditions watersheds. A key element in managing appropriate prevent overdevelopment, especially high flood-risk areas. Research shows infrastructure investments should be implemented coordinated way reduce future risks.
