Sunflower, Helianthus annuus L., is a prominent global oilseed crop with rising cultivation and appeal as bee-friendly plant by providing abundant floral resources for pollinators. Mass-flowering crops can increase the availability of resources, sunflower good opportunity to relieve pollen scarcity during late summer in agricultural landscapes. Yet this should be taken caution they also provide homogeneous source nutrition. This study aimed review summarize nutritional profile pollen, nectar, bee bread, honey, while assessing their effects on survival, development, health. Abstract BACKGROUND Rapeseed bee pollen has been recognized as a critical treatment for chronic non‐bacterial prostatitis (CNP) and it also can modulate gut microbiota improve health. This study aimed to explore the anti‐prostatitis effects of rapeseed with or without wall‐disruption, investigate connection between this microbiota. RESULTS The results reveal that effectively alleviate non‐bacteria by selectively regulating microbiota, higher doses wall‐disrupted showing greater efficacy. Treatment high dose (WDH, 1.26 g kg −1 body weight) reduced prostate wet weight index approximately 32% 36%, respectively, nearly levels observed in control group. Wall‐disrupted significantly ( p < 0.05) expression proinflammatory cytokines (IL‐6, IL‐8, IL‐1 β , TNF‐ α ), confirmed immunofluorescence laser scanning confocal microscope. Our show inhibit pathogenic bacteria enhance probiotics, particularly Firmicutes‐to‐Bacteroidetes (F/B) ratio abundance Prevotella (genus). Bees represent not only a valuable asset in agriculture, but also serve as model organism within contemporary microbiology. The metagenomic composition of the bee superorganism has been substantially characterized. Nevertheless, traditional cultural methods served approach to studying brood combs past. Indeed, comb microbiome may contribute determining larval caste differentiation and hive immunity. To further this understanding, we conducted shotgun sequencing analysis microbiome. While found certain similarities regarding species diversity, it exhibits significant from all previously described metagenomes. Many members maintain relatively constant ratio, yet taxa with highest abundance level tend be ephemeral. More than 90% classified metagenomes were Gammaproteobacteria, Bacilli Actinobacteria genetic signatures. Jaccard dissimilarity between samples based on bacteria genus classifications hesitate 0.63 0.77, which for indicates high consistency bacterial composition. Concurrently, identified antagonistic relationships clusters. presence genes related antibiotic synthesis resistance suggests potential mechanisms underlying stability microbiomes. This study investigates the impact of bee pollen nutrition on royal jelly production honey bees (Apis mellifera). Results demonstrate that diet significantly impacts hypopharyngeal gland (HPG) development and expression genes associated with biosynthesis. Bees fed Brassica napus exhibited superior HPG development, increased mrjp1 (encoding a key protein). While cyp450 6AS8 gene enzyme in 10-HDA biosynthesis) was by consumption, no distinct patterns were observed among different types tested. An vitro cage platform for has been established to further understand mechanisms behind bees. The experiment demonstrated positive correlation between number worker total yield per cage. However, when is low, amount each individual needs produce increases. In conclusion, these findings enhance our understanding role production. Furthermore, results from this suggest critical factor production, may possess controllable mechanism regulating secretion.
