Abstract
Tephritis
angustipennis
(Diptera:
Tephritidae)
and
Campiglossa
loewiana
are
phytophagous
pests
in
China.
Their
damage
has
significantly
impacted
the
collection
cultivation
of
germplasm
resources
native
Asteraceae
plants.
However,
genetic
characteristics
structure
their
population
unclear.
This
study
focused
on
highly
damaging
species
T.
C.
collected
from
three-river
source
region
(TRSR).
We
amplified
mitochondrial
cytochrome
C
oxidase
subunit

gene
sequences
