Self-management education programs have been highly successful in preparing people to manage medical conditions with recurring events. A detailed curriculum for epilepsy patients, and their caretakers, is lacking. Here we assess what available patients who disorders events offer an approach developing a potential self-care seizures caregivers. Among the anticipated components are baseline efficacy assessment training tailored increasing self-efficacy, medication compliance, stress management. Those at risk of status epilepticus will also need guidance personalized seizure action plan how decide when rescue appropriate administer therapy. The purpose of this review is to explore the benefits and controversies that telemedicine (TM), applied patients with heart failure (HF), can provide in terms diagnosis, therapeutic management, prognosis improvement. During coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) outbreak, TM emerged as most effective feasible method available ensure continuous care for chronic diseases. Among these, HF, characterized by high mortality, morbidity, need frequent visits, may benefit role.
