Currently, one of the major public health concerns is diabetes mellitus, which known as a silent killer due to failure diagnose it at an early stage. A growing body research indicates that metformin and empagliflozin have antioxidant properties in addition their hypoglycemic properties. Our looked into potential effects on diabetic rats by decreasing oxidative stress. For eight weeks, 42 adult male Sprague Dawley were divided six groups: normal control, control group, group received dimethyl sulfoxide vehicle(solvent) empagliflozin, 250 mg/kg only, 10 only combination both. single injection 40 streptozocin administered intraperitoneally was after administering 10% fructose drinking water for two weeks cause type 2 rats. The evaluation stress involved quantification serum malondialdehyde (MDA) superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels upon completion experimental period. Additionally, blood glucose determined using samples from tail, weight monitored weekly basis. findings showed compared therapy groups had considerably lower glucose, MDA levels, while higher SOD, less decrease weight. Furthermore, even better results obtained when together. As result our findings, treated with

Canagliflozin was assessed for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects as an anti-aging drug in animal models. 50 Swiss albino male mice were divided into five groups; all groups received their intervention using gastric gavage; group 1 normal saline 14 weeks; 2 induction by D-galactose 200 mg/kg/day seven 3 to 5 the same weeks, followed another weeks of investigated drugs; Vitamin C (100 mg/kg/day); 4 canagliflozin (3 (1 mg/kg/day). At end animals euthanasiad, heart skin tissue harvested further analysis. at both mg/kg successful reducing levels inflammatory mediators (TNF-alpha IL6), MDA, increasing SOD, collagen-1 elastin tissue. Additionally, showed a better effect compared regarding on IL6, elastin. Histopathologically, treatment with doses attenuates abnormalities induced (bizarre, irregular, hyperchromatic nuclei). exhibits potent living organisms, effectively prevents cardiac damage generated D-galactose, possibly reduces aging.

Muco-adhesive gel formulations are advantageous in extending the stay at nasal ‎absorption place, promoting drug absorption. Frovatriptan succinate (FVT) exhibits a 35% ‎oral bioavailability and undergoes hepatic metabolism, making it viable candidate for ‎nasal delivery. This study aimed to assess novel FVT intranasal formulation brain ‎targeting rat animal models. A total of 78 female rats (Rattus norvegicus domestica, ‎Wister albino rats) were randomly divided into three groups: group (considered ‎negative control), B (includes 36 given IV solution), C ‎‎36 binary ethosome situ intranasally). Drug levels plasma ‎tissue measured using HPLC methods. In all periods, both tissue ‎concentrations brain-to-plasma ratio FVT, was significantly higher ‎Group compared Group B. Nasal administration showed Tmax, ‎Cmac, AUC administration, with 239.83% accumulation ‎when used administration. conclusion, has ‎demonstrated its efficacy facilitating delivery frovatriptan via ‎route. The convenience process, combined reduced frequency ‎administration, contributes improved patient adherence‎‎‎.
