RESUMO Objetivo: avaliar a qualidade de vida no trabalho dos profissionais da saúde em atendimento direto e indireto casos covid-19. Métodos: estudo transversal com 156 um hospital referência. Nursing internship play a crucial role in cultivating nursing students. However, interns often face challenges of career anxiety, which can have negative impacts on their professional development and work quality. Therefore, understanding the factors influencing anxiety among is important. The purpose this study was to investigate serial multiple mediating effect perceived stress self-control relationship between neuroticism China. A cross-sectional study. total 499 from five tertiary hospitals Xi'an, China, participated. Neuroticism, stress, self-control, were assessed. Serial mediation analysis conducted using PROCESS Macro SPSS. Statistical analyses included descriptive analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, regression with bootstrapping. Background/Objective: The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a significant increase in the workloads of healthcare workers (HCWs). fear contracting new virus with frequent medical consequences affected their mental health. As result, they are at high risk compassion fatigue (CF). In this multicentric study, as primary objective, we evaluate incidence and/or prevalence CF cohort Italian nurses and HCWs (hospital-based clinical social neurological patients) who have contracted SARS-CoV-2 infection. Our secondary aim is difference experiencing between subjects without long-term COVID. Methods: 101 attending three different neurorehabilitation settings (the Neurorehabilitation Unit “Bonino Pulejo” Neurolesi Center Messina, Department Crotone, Psychiatric University Hospital Messina) were enrolled from May 2021 2023. Data collected through self-administered semi-structured interviews. Results: We observed percentages difficulties both HCWs, related mood alteration 57.7%, headaches 44.4%, 62%. Higher found individuals COVID-19, including 93.9%, headache 88.6%, memory-related problems 98.5%. Conclusions: complexity patient’s care pathway, especially chronic disease situations, requires an enormous commitment that can lead burnout CF, which should be considered initiate preventive interventions aimed helping “those help”, for well-being patients, teams, organizations.
