Abstract
Objective
Cognitive

Background
Studies

polygenic
risk
scores

educational
attainment
(PRS
EA
),
cognitive
reserve
(CR),
cognition,

psychosocial
functioning

first‐episode
psychosis
(FEP).
However,
their
specific
interactions
remain
unclear.

study
aimed
to
investigate
the
mediating
roles
of
CR,
NS
relationship
PRS
one
year
after
a
FEP.
Additionally,
we
sought
explore
impact
two
subtypes
on
this
relationship:
diminished
Expression
(EXP‐NS)
Motivation
Pleasure
(MAP‐NS).
Methods
A
total
138
FEP
participants,
predominantly
male
(70%),
with
mean
age
24.77
years
(SD
=
5.29),
underwent
genetic,
clinical,
assessments
months
enrollment.
Functioning
evaluation
followed
at
one‐year
follow‐up.

mediation
