Poor perinatal mental health is associated with deleterious effects and individuals low socioeconomic status (SES) are at elevated risk. Fortifying multi-level resources of low-SES pregnant to boost their well-being a crucial step toward achieving equity in health. The purpose this project was explore what patterns supported among Colorado. In prospective mixed methods cohort study, 23 completed surveys interviews. Participants were separated into 3 subgroups based on overall Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (WEMWBS) score interviewed identify that well-being. Our analysis framed by Self-Determination Theory which contends three universal basic psychological needs required for function healthy manner: autonomy, competence, relatedness. We extrapolated promoted relatedness from the high group. Perinatal-related knowledge (construct related competence); mindfulness intended pregnancy (constructs autonomy); emotional, informational, friend support, social capital, connection nature relatedness) identified as more frequently endorsed Targeting interventions fortify specific support facing disadvantage

Background/Objectives: The purpose of this review is to determine if high adherence the Mediterranean Diet or Mediterranean-like associated with a decreased incidence depression depressive symptoms during pregnancy compared low no adherence.
