Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a prevalent mental health condition in children, often accompanied by multiple concurrent disorders. This study explores the effectiveness of Test Gross Motor Development 2 (TGMD-2) improving motor skills among children with ADHD and Speech Delay. Using single-subject A research design, we evaluated six core outlined TGMD-2: Running, Galloping, Hopping, Leaping, Horizontal Jumping, Sliding. Our findings reveal that TGMD-2 exercises positive influence on skill proficiency The confirms can significantly enhance Delay, which may contribute to better academic performance social integration. Clinicians should integrate early interventions, while policymakers advocate for supporting resources. Future must explore long-term impact development cognitive, outcomes, underlying neurobiological mechanisms.
