The role of blind endometrial sampling, in the era hysteroscopy-guided biopsy, can be only considered as a screening tool or first-line approach if hysteroscopy cannot performed for whatever reason. Several devices are available, with Perma (a sharp-edged spatula sliding inside flexible cannula) being one them. Objectives: aims this study were to compare concordance visual and influence operators’ experience on results. Materials Methods: Women undergoing invited undergo biopsy well.
