Abstract Condensation silicones are widely used for dental impressions because of their ease handling and affordability but exhibit limitations, including shrinkage, suboptimal rheological properties, potential bacterial contamination. This study investigated the effects incorporating microsized diatomaceous earth (DE) zinc oxide (ZnO) on properties a condensed silicone impression material, setting time, behavior, dimensional stability, mechanical wettability, antibacterial activity. DE ZnO powders were dry mixed with silica calcium carbonate via planetary ball mill. The resulting powder was PDMS-OH TEOS. These pastes, along control group (silica fillers only), evaluated mixing, working times properties. Cured materials assessed tensile strength, hardness, activity against Escherichia coli Streptococcus mutans. Microstructural analysis conducted SEM, EDAX, XRD. Incorporating extended time improved flowability. significantly enhanced whereas did not. Both slightly decreased Shore A hardness increased hydrophilicity. ZnO-containing samples had greater flowability specific materials. also exhibited significant findings may lead to development characteristics, accuracy,
