Abstract This study explores the hybrid effect of environmental friendly jute and cotton fabrics as reinforcement in a multiresin based composite system. Two resins (containing epoxy/vinylester epoxy/polyester) were reinforced with fabrics, which makes it multihybrid material. Effect hybridization varying content fibers (10, 20, 15 wt%) was analyzed by employing tensile, bending, charpy impact tests composites. The fractured surfaces after tensile testing examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) whereas bonding structure interaction scrutinized through Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). results showed that higher fiber has superior on mechanical properties compared fiber, this is because cellulose found fiber. Moreover, terms resins, resin proved to be dominant enhancing epoxy/polyester resin. For reference, strength cotton/jute/epoxy/vinylester (61.12 MPa) observed 11.71% than cotton/jute/epoxy/polyester (54.71 MPa). A similar behavior flexural tests. SEM analysis provided evidence composites mainly failed due matrix failure rather interfacial failure, reason enhancement strength. Such newly developed materials are auspicious for high‐performance engineering applications addition friendliness. Highlights jute/cotton natural fibers. IPN formed epoxy/vinyl ester resins. multi enhanced Cotton exhibited more influence Epoxy/vinylester better fibril removal resistant epoxy/polyester.
