This research successfully enhances the mechanical properties of ready-market resin product additively printed by using stereolithography (SLA) reinforced with glass powder. Using Esun Standard Resin (Shenzhen, China), various proportions powder (0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 25%) were mixed to create test specimens. The results indicated that incorporation markedly enhanced tensile strength hardness. Specimens containing 25% exhibited a 37.01 MPa hardness 84.5 HV, in contrast 24.03 73.7 HV for those without density rose addition powder, attaining 1.338 g/cm3 at concentration. Nevertheless, heightened brittleness reduced strain values signified compromise between ductility. Compression testing revealed increased maximum stress but more higher content, while flexural demonstrated diminished attributed inadequate filler adherence dispersion. study highlights SLA resins can improve reducing flexibility Enhancing concentration dispersion is crucial balance properties, which 3D printing dependable, high-performance engineering applications.
