Abstract Mental health issues are becoming increasingly common among college students, but not all students follow the same developmental trends of mental health. This study aims to identify trajectories depression, anxiety, and stress related factors for different trajectory classes. Currently, a proportion of adolescents use alcohol, tobacco, and illicit drugs, which inevitably harms their health academic progress. Adolescence is peak period for substance initiation critical time preventing problems. Various entities, such as families, schools, communities, have implemented variety interventions to alleviate adolescent problems, schools play unique role. To explore the types, characteristics, effectiveness in educational settings adole-scents, we conducted scoping review identified 32 studies after screening. The parent‒child relationship is a crucial factor in promoting adolescent mental health. However, the current evidence on between relationships and conscientiousness neuroticism, as well directionality of these relationships, remains limited.
