The
primary
cause
of
postharvest
loss
in
table
grape
fruit
is
attributed
to
gray
mold,
which
caused
by
Botrytis
cinerea.
present
study
confirmed
the
inhibitory
effects
nystatin
on
growth
and
development
B.
cinerea,
led
a
remarkable
reduction
severity
mold
fruits.
Furthermore,
application
disrupted
membrane
permeability
causing
increased
cellular
leakage
cell
death.
In
addition,
transcriptome
analysis
showed
that
effectively
modulated
transcriptional
profile
genes
involved
ribosome
mitochondrion
biogenesis,
as
well
oxidoreductase
activity,
thereby
disrupting
homeostasis
organelles.
Moreover,
treatment
down-regulated
associated
with
trafficking,
protein
degradation
ubiquitin–proteasome
system,
autophagy
process,
ultimately
attenuating
pathogenicity
Collectively,
can
be
considered
viable
agent
for
managing
fruit.
