Optimizing the use of marginal saline soils to improve food security requires solutions that involve exploiting local potential resources, including biological agents. This research aims determine ability Trichoderma sp. Tc-31 and Aspergillus As-27 overcome salinity stress in rice soybean seedlings. Both isolates were tested for their grow vitro soil. Next, soil during germination initial growth seedlings was tested. The experiment consisted three types treatment, namely As-27, Tc-31, husks treated with complete basic fertilizer. average inhibitory power against (-)62.50±16.68% (-) 52±3.54% respectively at 48 days incubation. application agents had an effect on 94.10-94.46% soybeans 74.49-77.04%.
