The empowerment of small and medium economic enterprises will drive growth. purpose this study is to analyze (1) how growth works as a determinant increasing the productivity enterprises; (2) influence government policies, business capital support, strengthening human resource capacity on development (SMEs); (3) strategies increase sustainability SMEs. We used sequential explanatory design, which combination quantitative qualitative research, data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, surveys, documentation. results indicate that coupled with technological innovation boost people’s welfare. Government simultaneously have positive effect SMEs, determination coefficient 97.6%. Based study, an strategy based recommended for decision making effort community in Makassar City, Indonesia.

Abstract While the exponential growth of entrepreneurial ecosystem research has dramatically increased our understanding role context in outcomes, knowledge ecosystems and environmentally sustainable entrepreneurship is still fragmented. There ambiguity on how influence what factors facilitate or constrain entrepreneurship. We attempt to take stock extant scholarship synthesize studies examining their linkages with sustainability. systematically reviewed 77 articles identified World Science Scopus databases discuss main themes. The content analysis uncovered four key themes: (a) become more sustainable, (b) entrepreneurs, (c) universities, (d) outcomes ecosystems. findings reveal that interactions between different actors, including customers, suppliers, institutions, governments, can result a ecosystem. novelty study arises from integrating sustainability systematic replicable manner. observed heightened attention environmental challenges literature entrepreneurs' expanded roles generating ecological social value. Abstract Manufacturing companies struggle with overwhelming expectations, disruptions and trends sweeping over their business environment. The evident climate change, together rising sustainable development goals, is forcing to discover environmental impact, in addition the more familiar economic one. transformation from a linear economy circular (CE) reduces waste improves resource efficiency through deployed R-cycles, such as recycle, reuse repair. This feasible for multinational enterprises because they can allocate sufficient resources strategic goals. For small medium-sized (SME), any additional investment must be carefully assessed planned. Thus, SMEs need support tools select next investments. Generally, maturity models help find status (compared others) identify most important areas actions. paper presents CE matrix, which comprises five levels mapped seven manufacturing value chain phases. matrix was piloted nine industry companies, four of were Finland, one Italy, Germany three Ireland. interview results showed that none interviewed remained at linearity level. common varied between systemic material management thinking. In interviews, 40 actions identified argument company reaching transition towards has already started but will require efforts accelerate engage proceed.

At present, issues of ecosystem self-organization and the mechanisms for their sustainable development have been insufficiently explored in academic literature. The key idea our research is that enterprises interacting different industries based on a network partnership, special tool needed to ensure openness interaction between participants transfer knowledge, technology, information, resources. authors argue practical implementation cross-sectoral digital platform will allow synchronizing scientific technological progress several industries, making most effective use synergistic effect from actors ensuring transparency ongoing processes therein. demonstrate propositions with example unmanned aircraft system (UAS) industry. proposed model mechanism can be replicated niches, such as robotics, neurotechnology, quantum technologies, etc. conclusions arising conducted provide scientists, government bodies, decision-makers necessary information better understanding tools modern innovation ecosystems.

The goal of this paper is to review the intertwined range conceptualizations that have blurred developing leadership knowledge regarding environmental sustainability. An examination literature reveals differential descriptions about sustainable, environmental, and sustainability which are increasingly being used imply what sustainability-focused leaders do, their interactions, relationships, how they address sustainable challenges. While extant research supports a critical capability respond adapt constant external economic upheaval in large firms, agreement types practices necessary achieve positive eco-efficient outcomes less clear Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). To resolve these problems, we synthesize by (a) reviewing clarifying constructs, (b) theoretically unravelling overlapping concepts, (c) an integrated framework intellectual capital practices.
