In recent years, sustainable eco-friendly vehicles have been demonstrated as an adequate solution for urban deliveries and restricted areas facing traffic congestion zone limitation. Therefore, in this paper, a novel Decision Support System has proposed evaluating the efficiency of e-grocery home delivery through vehicle adoption. A mathematical model, formulated Electric Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows Partial Recharging (EVRPTW-PR), applied selecting best zero-emission delivery. The comparison most emerging electric light-duty (e-cargo bikes, e-mopeds, e-vans) carried out key performance indicators related to drivers' salary, total time, fuel (energy) costs, investment average payload capacity utilization. overall evaluation encourages adoption strategies helps commerce adopt option that fits environmental well economic aspects.
