The platform economy has emerged as a transformative force in various industries, reshaping consumer behavior and the way businesses operate digital age. Understanding factors that influence adoption of these platforms is essential for their continued development widespread use. This study examines determinants economic Tunisia by extending widely used unified theory acceptance use technology 2 (UTAUT2) model with privacy calculus model. By applying partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, research provides significant insight. results highlight critical such performance expectancy, habit formation, trust technology, perceived risk, concerns, price value on users’ behavioral intentions actual usage platforms. Mobile banking is easier and more practical than traditional banking, but problems with cyber security trust exist. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence Indonesian consumers’ intention use mobile banking. This integrated unified theory acceptance technology model uses education level as a moderating variable. involved 482 participants who had used primary data obtained through structured questionnaire. Data analysis carried out using partial least squares structural equation modeling. results showed at significance 5%, performance expectancy, effort social system quality positive significant effect on Meanwhile, insignificant effect. This study investigates the factors influencing financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's 3T regions—lagging (tertinggal), frontier (terdepan), outermost (terluar)—with literacy positioned as a moderating variable.
