Wound healing is a series of complex and dynamic processes which occur in several stages. Optimal wound essential for restoring the integrity function affected area. Although medicated dressings have been extensively employed to control infection, risks associated with antimicrobials make use non-medicated alternatives necessary. Nevertheless, relationship between concentrations their antimicrobial activities, along efficacies, still remains unclear. Non-medicated are an alternative that contain active ingredients acting as or antiseptics. In present study, researchers examined reduction bacterial load primary endpoint rate secondary endpoint, comparing microporous ceramic silver-impregnated participants from two outpatient management clinics. The study included 25 dressing (control) group 28 (study) group. participants' wounds were assessed through MolecuLight i:X (MolecuLight Inc., Canada) tracing fluorescence imaging measure size, well presence >10 4 colony forming units/g at weeks 1, 2, 3 4. results indicated there was significant difference distribution over categories cleared after groups. Moreover, significantly faster (p=0.001). Mean size 10.93cm 2 (range: 0.10–37.95cm ) 11.48cm 0.80–60cm maximum likelihood regression analysis, mean area greater than concluded could be effective when treating infected wounds.
