The recent pandemic has been identified as a driver of one the most severe socio-economic crises over last few decades. Our study investigates the relevance and application of key performance indicators (KPIs) risk (KRIs) in business management from 1992 to 2023 through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis performed RStudio using Bibliometrix platform VOSviewer. Utilizing data Web Science database, we identify trends, themes, influential research this domain, observing an annual growth rate 17.76%. analyses include top 10 most globally cited documents, word clouds based on authors’ keywords Keywords Plus, clustering by coupling, co-occurrence networks, factorial analysis. findings reveal significant increase interest post-2004, with sustainability corporate social responsibility emerging as central themes. We confirm positive correlations between KPIs, improved organizational performance, effective via KRIs. This underscores importance international collaboration diverse thematic exploration advancing field.

El financiamiento es relevante para afrontar las crisis empresariales, más aún luego de la pandemia por COVID-19, tanto, el objetivo del estudio determinar influencia características empresas y los directivos organizaciones registradas en Cámara Comercio e Industrias Azogues decisión adicional durante sanitaria, lo cual, se aplica un cuestionario a 135 socios.
