This study explores the influence of digital technology on growth e-commerce in Algeria compared to selected Arab countries—Tunisia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and United Emirates—over period 2010 2023.It examines role key technological advancements, including Internet Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, payment systems, big data analytics, shaping expansion business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce.Using an econometric approach, employs panel models analyzes outputs generated by EVIEWS 12 software. After conducting selection tests, analysis determined that fixed effects model is most suitable for capturing underlying relationships within dataset.The concluded a strong positive correlation exists between adoption modern technologies evolution e-commerce.Among these technologies, learning emerged as pivotal drivers this sector. Following closely significance, (IoT) plays crucial enhancing operational efficiency connected devices. Additionally, underscored importance e-wallet analysis, albeit relatively lesser extent, facilitating optimizing electronic transactions.These insights highlight necessity reinforcing infrastructure, advancing AI-powered solutions, broadening accelerate development economies.
