Introduction: The feasibility of enrolling and retaining diverse kidney transplant (KT) seekers in remote studies is sparsely reported. Aims: This study examined the use a mobile communication strategy to enroll retain participants within clinical trial an automated digital intervention promote self-learning for access. Materials Methods: Adult KT-seekers were identified from administrative database at center recruited by email or text supplemented verbal prompts. Multivariable logistic regression was used explore participant- study-level characteristics associated with enrollment response rates. Results: Between April 2022 June 2023, 743 patients invited participate, 422 enrolled. Enrollers more likely be younger (aOR 1.02; p < 0.001). Early message invitation (OR 2.69, ≤ 0.014).
