The issue of the future abandoned agricultural land has become a prominent topic discussion in contemporary scientific research and political discourses, especially considering unique contribution new-generation entrepreneurs to innovations rural areas. increasingly provides evidence how they serve as founders catalysts unconventional often audacious ideas that ultimately transform areas into successful sustainable innovative business models with restored multifunctional use. main aim this article is disclose potential models, developed by entrepreneurs, for management places, through example “Sun Circle Camping” initiative Lithuania. A qualitative methodology was applied perform an in-depth case study model innovation area results demonstrate smartly distribution might generate durable practices, fulfilling environmental, socio-cultural, economic pillars sustainability.

Rural commons face extraordinary challenges like fragility and sensitivity due to climate change. Retrofitting rural built environments affords benefits that could overcome these support sustainable development. However, notwithstanding the vast energy retrofitting interventions available, associated aspects require investigation, particularly in distinct contexts with all their valuable, cultural, historical inheritance. Hence, this study aimed examine practices settlements worldwide over a decade diagnose goals are being undertaken, stakeholder engagement, finally, bi-correlation between interventions, contributions valorizing place’s identity. This is systematic literature review (SLR) considering items of PRISMA checklist (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses). An SLR published peer-reviewed studies January 2012 March 2023 16 electronic databases available languages, using combination seven keywords within three domains, was conducted. The initial search resulted 397; after applying inclusion/exclusion criteria, there were 60 eligible articles. academic progress tendencies domain discussed summarized into four major thematic classifications (energy efficiency strategies, planning, policy evaluation, occupant behavior). Briefly, buildings lack energy-saving designs. Simulation tools essential; however, they should be calibrated on-site conditions, showing reasons selecting applied measures correlation surrounding context. Successful implementation requires cross-disciplinary collaboration, engaging decision makers, providing education local community. Regulations include micro-context-specific environmental performance indicators. These insights help map out future pursuits stakeholders better understand nature. Simultaneously, assists early-stage researchers conducting reviews utilizing different tools. protocol may have limited findings specific terms used, so authors believe more scope broadened, discoveries made.

Land use multifunctionality research is important for the efficient of land resources and resolution conflicts. With methods such as technique order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) model, coupling coordination geographical detector, level, spatiotemporal coupling, influencing factors in Sichuan Province China from 2000 2020 were systematically analyzed this paper. It was revealed that, 2020, comprehensive functionality continuously improved with increasing economic, social, ecological levels. The each city (prefecture) exhibited a positive development trend. degree has been improved, undergoing an evolutionary process brink disarray barely coordinated, then primary coordination, finally medium coordination. spatial differentiation among cities (prefectures) notable, showing center–periphery distribution characteristics. average slope employed population density highest explanatory power differences interaction between any two exerted greater impact than single factor on Based regional characteristics, region-specific strategies should be adopted enhance level Province.
