Abstract The stability of property rights is a key factor in incentivizing farmers to engage land use and protection activities, which, turn, serve mitigate or prevent the degradation resources enhance effectiveness agricultural management practices. This research uses Scientometric analysis according PRISMA guidelines thoroughly examine academic landscape related farmland its impact on farmers' utilization behaviors. By examining 4165 publications from 2014 2023 Web Science Scopus databases, study conducts comprehensive analysis. Theoretical frameworks elucidate three primary avenues through which influence behavior: assurance effect, collateral realizable effect. Through document co‐citation 11 distinct thematic clusters were revealed, highlighting prominence tenure security (Cluster #0). Notably, Ma X's publication experienced significant 4‐year surge, indicating influence. Author outlined author clusters, emphasizing increasing relevance authors like Cotula L, Angelsen A, De Schuttero during specific periods. Journal revealed cohesive journal such as Development Change Peasant Studies, showcasing boundaries within clusters. Keywords (CO‐DESC) identified around “China,” “agricultural land,” “land use,” with keywords degradation” exhibiting substantial bursts. systematic highlights influential publications, authors, journals, structured revealing critical aspects impacting behavior use.
