Abstract
This
study
investigates
the
Dynamic
Coupling
between
Land
Use
Economic
Efficiency
(LUEE)
and
Urban
Ecological
Resilience
(UER)
in
Yellow
River
Basin
(YRB).
exploration
is
pivotal
for
elucidating
interaction
mechanisms
economic
growth
ecological
governance.
Furthermore,
understanding
this
relationship
essential
fostering
high-quality,
sustainable
urban
development
YRB.
Utilizing
panel
data
from
56
cities
spanning
2003
to
2020,
employed
coupling
coordination
degree
(CCD)
model,
spatial
correlation
analysis,
Kernel
density
estimation,
convergence
Geodetector
systematically
analyze
spatio-temporal
distribution,
dynamic
trend,
determinants
of
CCD
LUEE
UER
The
findings
indicate
that:
(1)
A
general
upward
trend
both
UER,
accompanied
by
a
steady
improvement
their
CCD.
(2)
Significant
disparities
CCD,
with
higher
levels
lower
reaches.
(3)
Marked
positive
autocorrelation,
predominantly
characterized
clusters
where
high
(low)
values
are
surrounded
values.

Regarding
impact

factors,
government
fiscal
budget
expenditure
demonstrates

explanatory
power

Facing
the
dual
challenges

UGHQD,
this
study
develops
a
multidimensional
evaluation
indicator
system
encompassing
development,
social
progress,
ecological
civilization.
By
applying
spatial
autocorrelation
analysis,
cold
hot
spots
standard
deviation
ellipse,
Kernel
density
estimation,
it
examines
distribution
dynamic
evolution
UGHQD
across
China
its
four
major
regions
(Eastern,
Central,
Western,
Northeastern)
from
2003
to
2020.
It
also
forecasts
trajectory
2021
2025.
The
research
findings
indicate:

A
steady
annual
increase
overall
level
with
geographic
pattern
showing
high
levels
east,
moderate
center,
low
west.

eastern
region,

The
escalating
challenges
of
global
climate
change
have
made
the
development
low-carbon
cities—urban
areas
committed
to
reducing
carbon
emissions
through
sustainable
energy
use,
enhanced
building
efficiency,
and
transport
solutions—a
critical
area
study.
However,
there
remains
a
significant
gap
in
systematic
review
thematic
evolution
emerging
frontiers
within
this
field.
This
study
addresses
by
analyzing
data
from
Web
Science
database,
initially
retrieving
1,743
articles
articles.
Following
PRISMA
guidelines,
we
refined
selection
1,648
high-quality
publications.
Using
tools
such
as
CiteSpace
VOSviewer,
conducted
an
in-depth
analysis
identify
core
authors,
prolific
countries/regions,
leading
institutions,
key
journals.
Our
revealed
three
evolutionary
stages
research
on
international
city
development.
Additionally,
identified
seven
predominant
topics
recent
studies:
land
emissions,
ecological
environment
quality,
ecosystem
services,
human
health,
consumption,
economic
costs.
These
findings
contribute
clearer
more
comprehensive
framework
for
cities,
serving
valuable
reference
scholars
practitioners
involved
both
theoretical

The
concept
of
high-quality
development
(HQD)
is
characterized
by
its
emphasis
on
efficiency,
equity,
and
environmental
sustainability.
In
the
context
China’s
new
urbanization
development,
metropolitan
area
plays
a
crucial
role
in
facilitating
sustaining
HQD.
This
study
focuses
Changchun
Metropolitan
Area
(CCMA)
as
case
to
measure
efficiency
(HQDE)
at
county
level
using
super-efficiency
SBM
model
spatial
autocorrelation
model.
Additionally,
we
examine
spatio-temporal
distribution
characteristics
HQDE
terms
economy,
innovation,
coordination,
greenness,
openness,
sharing
(EICGOS).
main
findings
are
follows:
(1)
CCMA
ranges
from
0.7
0.8
with
an
initial
rapid
increase
followed
gradual
decline;
however,
there
notable
variations
among
different
counties.
(2)
Regarding
structure
within
area,
highest
observed
half-hour
living
circle
2-h
accessibility
while
lowest
found
1-h
commuting
circle.
Over
time,
declining
trend
core
leading
areas.
(3)
dimensions,
demonstrates
economic
(EDE),
whereas
green
(GDE)
exhibits
lower
levels
compared
other
dimensions.
Furthermore,
efficiencies
across
all
dimensions
show
decline
over
time.

Spatially
distributed
patterns
