To explore the mechanism of total saponins Ranunculus ternatus Thunb. (RT) in treatment breast cancer (BC) using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) technology and network analysis. Diabetes mellitus is characterized by insulin resistance, impaired glucose homeostasis, and dysregulated metabolism, leading to complications. Inonotus obliquus (Chaga) has shown potential anti-diabetic effects, but the bioactive compounds molecular targets remain unclear. This study aimed identify components of Chaga elucidate their mechanisms using LC-MS compound screening, network pharmacology, docking, bioinformatics analyses. extract was prepared 95% ethanol, were identified through UHPLC-QE-MS analysis. Target prediction conducted Swiss Prediction SEA databases, while diabetes-related retrieved from GeneCards. A PPI constructed STRING analyzed for GO KEGG enrichment.
