Multilayer perceptrons (MLPs) used find relationships between process parameters other (Sa, Ssk Sku). following statistical measures force as inputs MLPs: average value force, standard deviation, kurtosis skewness. Many analyses order best network. It found that viscosity most significantly affected parameter, Sa, sheet metal process. Increasing reduced parameter (Sa). In contrast, skewness (Ssk) increased increasing pressure. (Sku)

The Ti6Al4V alloy has many advantages, such as being lightweight, formal, and resistant to corrosion. This makes it highly desirable for various applications, especially in the aerospace industry. Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) is a technique that allows production of detailed unique parts with great flexibility design. However, there are challenges when comes achieving high-quality surfaces porosity formation material, which limits wider use LPBF. To tackle these challenges, this study uses statistical techniques called Design Experiments (DoE) Analysis Variance (ANOVA) investigate optimise process parameters LPBF making components improved density surface finish. examined laser power, scan speed, hatch space. optimisation results show using specific settings, like power 175 W, speed 1914 mm/s, space 53 µm, produces high relative 99.54% low top side roughness 2.6 µm 4.3 respectively. promising outcome demonstrates practicality optimising other metal materials wide range thereby overcoming existing limitations further expanding potential while minimising inherent issues.

Solid-liquid (S-L) interfaces are found in numerous engineering applications, such as lubrication and coating systems well thermal interface materials. Understanding the interactions between is crucial for optimizing various applications. The main objective of this study to provide insight regarding liquid adsorption on solid surfaces using non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations. To achieve goal, a confined will be modeled match real state contact constant temperature baseline. results highlight significant relationship peak height values layer, density profile, radius gyration. Specifically, at S-L crystal plane (110) 784.756 kg/m3, followed by (100) 801.786 finally highest (111), 966.940 kg/m3. Whereas gyration planes (111) approximately 7.45 × 10-21 m2, but it less measures 7.06 m2. Conclusion, layer near solid-liquid significantly influenced solid's density. Higher higher interfaces. number layers does not affect liquids.
