Rollpave, a thin prefabricated rollable asphalt layer produced in factory and rolled on reel for laying the existing surface, has attracted attention pavement industry due to its rapid treatment capabilities. However, long-term durability of Rollpave needs further evaluation before considering widespread use. This study aims assess by evaluating fatigue creep performance modified bitumen mixture. The results highlight that stiffness at −12°C is half corresponding value virgin bitumen, lowering temperature −18°C increases 78.44 MPa. At same time, it still 20 MPa less than bitumen. Besides, showed life 23 times greater 20°C strain levels 5 %, better stress relaxation ability leading damage endurance. Additionally, observed flexural mixture drops only % after 600,000 cycles under 400 µɛ repeated loading. Furthermore, indicated although sensitive temperature, noticeable recovery rutting resistance, with average non-recoverable compliance percent level 3.2 kPa 64°C being 0.213 kPa−1 54 %. dynamic test also nearly 20,000 cumulative permanent 50°C 9000th loading cycle.
