In order to be able improve the hydrogen utilization as much possible while ensuring performance of air-cooled open-cathode proton exchange membrane fuel cell (AO-PEMFC), AO-PEMFC with dead-ended anode (DEA) was studied in this paper. First, transient voltage model established and causes loss were analyzed. Then, effects inlet pressure, cyclic exhaust, exhaust duration on PEMFC investigated by combining experimental methods monitoring EIS measurement. The results showed that effect pressure is not positively correlated DEA also influenced load current. Cyclic can effectively reduces degradation, optimal cycle different for has little at various currents. However, a tendency increased then stabilized increase higher current density.

This article addresses the knowledge gap regarding effect of Ti addition on microstructure and corrosion behavior LMD-processed GH3536 alloy in a simulated solution proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). The microstructural evolution, resistance, passive film characteristics with varying contents were characterized through variety techniques, including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission (TEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), backscatter (EBSD), photoelectron (XPS), series electrochemical measurements. results indicate that resistance significantly improves increasing content. However, when content exceeds 0.2 wt.%, beneficial is weakened. Two primary mechanisms explain enhanced involving heterogeneous nucleation Ti-modified Al

The Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) is a fast-developing battery technology, and the key to its reliability lifespan improvement lies in accurate assessment of durability. However, degradation mechanism PEMFC hard determine internal parameters are highly coupled. Thus, development more life prediction model that meets actual scenarios be investigated urgently. To solve this problem, multi-feature fusion method based on Temporal Convolutional Network-Gated Recurrent Unit (TCN-GRU) proposed. A TCN algorithm used as base model, two GRU modules included with strengthen model's expression ability improve predictive accuracy. Two widely recognized datasets operating conditions utilized for training prediction, respectively. Comparisons made single-feature parameter models terms Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) Determination Coefficient (R
