A linear actuator with mechanical synchronous lifting driven by a single motor is proposed, which achieves telescopic motion of the master/slave push rod. Firstly, overall structural scheme was designed to meet practical application requirements vehicle radar system. Secondly, corresponding parameters were calculated based on theory, and characteristics force state simulated analyzed using finite element software. Finally, synchronization accuracy in detail verified through an actual case. The results indicate that high-precision has higher synchronization, reliability, safety advantages compared hydraulic dual actuator, good reference significance same industry.
