Relevance of the chosen research topic. In context an anti-Russian sanctions policy, a change in focus domestic economy on military-industrial complex and, connection with this, limited budgets at different levels, it is important to use such instrument for regulating relations between state and private business as public-private partnership. this regard, purpose article explore partnerships Russia, particular, regions North Caucasus by conducting assessment, identifying limiting barriers priority areas development mechanism. The methodology based empirical methods (comparison, factor analysis), well theoretical (systematization, generalization, analogy, synthesis). results study include presentation comprehensive assessment mechanism Russian Federation Caucasus. Key problems implementation partnership projects Federal District have been identified: low level PPP municipal macroregion, insufficient support federal center (development institutions) infrastructure projects, difficulties resolving land issues regional authorities, authorities local government population. Solutions proposed promising directions institution region adopt regulation procedure concluding city district (municipal area), create project office (center projects) authorized executive body charge policies field PPP, etc. measures can give impetus District.

Аналітична модель ділового партнерства логістичних компаній

На сучасному етапі інформаційно-техноло­гічного розвитку бізнесу все більше автотранс­портних підприємств приєднуються до партнер­ства, прагнучи власного довгострокового із загальною експлуатаційною здатністю ланцюга поставок та підвищення ефективності управління бізнес-процесами. Конкуренція між підприємст­вами поступово переросла в конкуренцію бізнес-процесами, визначальною ланкою яких є гнучкі виробничі процеси, ланцюги маркетингові процеси. Гнучкість цих процесів дає змогу підприємствам (розглядаємо на прик­ладі АТП – автотраспортних підприємств), що діють у партнерстві, більш швидко і орга­нічно адаптуватись ринкових змін, сти­мулюючи інновації, які генерують нові конку­рентні переваги. Інформаційна насиченість ефективний обмін інформацією при аналізі ділового партнерства сприяють кращому управлінню людськими ресурсами, ланцюгами поставок, оптимізації бухгалтерсь­кого, фінансового податкового обліку посилює їх здатність управляти бізнесом умовах невиз­наченості. В основу статті покладено гіпотезу, розроблена організаційно-інформаційна модель може стати фундаментом аналізу партнерства, а сама її розробка логічним процесом визначення спектра ділових партнерів, крите­ріального багатофакторного оцінювання ефек­тивності взаємодії з ними, оцінки кінцевих фінан­сових результатів діяльності виявленням вагомості показників досягненні. Така має посилювати схильність задіяність ньому, сприяти ефективному трансферу знань технологій. Для перевірки гіпотези проаналізовано організаційно-інформаційне забезпечення ефек­тивність тих бізнес-процесів, генерується ціннісна пропозиція, й фінансову звітність двох за декількома показниками проміжку 2019 2023 роками; визначено мету, субʼєктів обʼєктів, входять аналізу, запропо­новано алгоритм впровадження логіку організаційно-інформаційного моделювання партнерства. Ефективність кластеризовано відповідними субʼєктами. Сконструйовано організаційно-інфор­маційну його впливу кінцеві фінансові результати діяльності. Обґрунтовано важливість транс­портних послуг контексті подальшого міжнародної торгівлі України.
