With the improvement of people’s living standards and widening circulation channels, demand for fresh agricultural products continues to increase. The increase in will lead an delivery vehicles, costs, carbon emissions, among which emissions aggravate pollution is not conducive sustainable development. Therefore, it very important balance economic environmental benefits distribution products. Based on analysis characteristics products, this paper studies optimization cold chain route considering emission. Firstly, planning was investigated analyzed by interview method, basis establishing model objective constraint conditions obtained. Then, taking minimum total cost including emission as goal, mixed vehicle types established electric refrigerated gasoline so on. Genetic algorithm used solve model, MATLAB2018b substitute specific case data simulation analysis. results show that increasing consideration can only reduce but also To some extent, research content provide a reference enterprises routes

Road traffic congestion on the cold chain logistics not only increase cost and time, but also creates certain negative impact national carbon emissions. To fully utilize resources, this study has classified urban road defined various vehicle delivery speeds with dynamic levels. Simultaneously, it developed products replenishment strategy by considering route, multi-depot condition even types, aiming to minimize total emissions, maximizing freshness. achieve this, build up a multi-objective routing optimization model designed hybrid algorithm combining large-scale neighborhood search NAGA-II. Through computational analysis, effectively overcomes weak local capability of NAGA-II efficiently solves problems. Moreover, under simulated random conditions, able demonstrate relatively stable planning results address complex situations. Finally, analyze impacts strategies, multiple depots sensitivity coefficients from objectives. The analysis provides valuable insights for actual distribution industry.

Purpose The four pillars of food security are availability, accessibility, utilization and stability. In order to facilitate security, an attempt is made design a fruit supply chain network (FSCN) considering multi-compartment reefer trucks (MCRT) reduce total costs. This in turn increases affordability, decreases loss which further helps improving security. Design/methodology/approach A mixed integer non-linear programming (MNILP) model developed minimize the overall cost MCRT same solved by heuristic approach. real-world case study conducted test robustness model. Findings There considerable saving with new proposed (MCRT). number used drastically reduced when dedicated truck replaced MCRT. Overall, FSCN not only improves lowering but also shows high impact on sustainability. Since mathematical formulation, can be applied other perishable commodities like vegetables. Research limitations/implications still requires more intermediaries added for practicality. will suitable emerging markets mainly because sector completely organized. Originality/value one initial studies context facility location optimization, specifically focusing inclusion capacitated DCs. has potential assist managers achieving sustainability optimizing decisions, inventory levels movement between facilities. provides valuable contribution towards sustainable development goal zero hunger (food security) increasing affordability low-income people.
