Proper management of vehicle structural factors related to public transportation safety is vital formulate maintenance strategies and enhance safety. Therefore, this work aims comprehensively identify potential factors, assess their impacts as regards causing malfunctions, understand cause–effect interrelationships. Maintenance can be improved based on the analysis outcomes. Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) techniques are widely applied decision-making problems. However, due advanced complex structures modern vehicles, conventional single-used MCDM encounter limitations in ability thoroughly account for all failure systematically manage causal interrelationships, which makes results less practically applicable. To overcome these challenges, article proposes an innovative framework. Specifically, Failure Tree Analysis (FTA) Interval-Valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (IVPF-AHP) integrated construct logical relationships between from real-world records. The ranked selected severity influence occurrence likelihood influence. Subsequently, Trial Evaluation Laboratory (IVPF-DEMATEL) takes diagrams interdependencies mitigated ambiguity human assessments. Warehouses represent key links in domestic and international commodity flows. The increasing shortage of workers costs on the one hand, number stricter demands users other hand lead warehouse managers to realize their operations as efficiently possible.
