The objective of this study was to isolate and characterize collagen angiotensin-I-converting enzyme (ACE)-inhibitory (ACEi) peptides from the swim bladders monkfish (Lophius litulon). Therefore, acid-soluble (ASC-M) pepsin-soluble (PSC-M) with yields 4.27 ± 0.22% 9.54 0.51%, respectively, were extracted using acid methods.
