Complex fish oil capsule have been widely reported as a useful supplement to reduce fasting blood triglyceride levels in individuals with hyperlipidemia high cholesterol diet (HCD) mice. The mice difference five groups (control, HCD, complex dose 1X-flod, 2X-flod and 5X-flod) for six weeks. evaluate use biochemical values, liver feces assay. Thus feed high-cholesterol resulted significant dyslipidemia fatty formation experimental animals. Supplementation 1, 2, or 5X-flod the of FO 6-weeks reduced serum TG, TC, LDL-C LDL-C/high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) ratio (p<0.05) decrease TG TC (p<0.05). By data can help concentrations, leading healthy effect on cardiovascular disease prevention.

Thrombus and cardiovascular diseases pose a significant health threat, dietary interventions have shown promising potential in reducing the incidence of these diseases. Marine bioactive proteins peptides been extensively studied for their antithrombotic properties. They can inhibit platelet activation aggregation by binding to key receptors on surface. Additionally, they competitively anchor critical enzyme sites, leading inhibition coagulation factors. microorganisms also offer alternative sources development novel fibrinolytic proteins, which help dissolve blood clots. The advancements technologies, such as targeted hydrolysis, specific purification, encapsulation, provided solid foundation industrialization peptides. These techniques enable precise control over production delivery peptides, enhancing efficacy safety. However, it is important note that further research clinical studies are needed fully understand mechanisms action therapeutic marine mitigating thrombotic events. challenges future application perspectives need be explored.

The omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) exert multiple cardioprotective effects, influencing inflammation, platelet activation, endothelial function lipid metabolism, besides their well-established triglyceride lowering properties. It is not uncommon for PUFAs to be prescribed hypertriglyceridemia, alongside antiplatelet therapy in cardiovascular disease (CVD) patients. In this regard, we studied the effect of EPA DHA, combination with drugs, aggregation P-selectin αIIbβ3 membrane expression. drugs aspirin triflusal, inhibitors cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1); ticagrelor, an inhibitor receptor P2Y12; vorapaxar, PAR-1 receptor, were combined DHA or evaluated against vitro induced by agonists arachidonic (AA), adenosine diphosphate (ADP) TRAP-6. We further investigated procaspase-activating compound 1 (PAC-1) binding expression platelets stimulated ADP Both displayed a dose-dependent inhibitory on AA, significantly improved acetylsalicylic (ASA) triflusal’s activity, while enhanced ASA. EPA, ASA ticagrelor expressed increased towards ADP-induced activation. could improve vorapaxar AA- aggregation. presence all stronger TRAP-6-induced inhibited αIIbβ3, though they had no exhibited heterogeneity regarding expression, both combinatory did result activity compared sum individual effects each component.
